Kyomoriq wants you to be satisfied with your order. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made at kyomoriq.com.

No returns

We do not accept returns. Products cannot be sent back for a change of mind, unused return, or exchange.

Refunds for damaged or incorrect items

We offer a refund only if:

• Your item arrives damaged, or
• You received the wrong product.

If either of these happens, contact us as soon as possible after delivery at Kyomoriq@gmail.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or of the incorrect item received

Once we confirm the issue, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
