Where we ship
Kyomoriq currently ships to the United States and Canada.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships.
Delivery estimates
After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 8 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can vary by carrier and destination. The same estimate applies to shipments to the United States and Canada.
Total time from order to delivery is processing time plus transit time.
Shipping rates — United States
At checkout, US shipping options currently include:
- Standard: USD $8.00
- Express: USD $15.00
- Free Shipping: USD $0 on qualifying US orders of $35 or more
Available rates and free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout and may change. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Shipping options and costs for Canada are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Tracking and delays
Once shipped, tracking (when provided) will be shared by email. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier, weather, peak seasons, or incorrect address information entered at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us at Kyomoriq@gmail.com to discuss next steps; additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first, then email Kyomoriq@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
